Every trip to Eastland started the same way. Find a spot, check the doors twice, and head inside. Whether you were hitting the arcade, grabbing food, shopping for school clothes, or just walking the mall with friends, Eastland was part of growing up on Detroit's east side.
The parking ticket became a small piece of that experience—a reminder of long Saturdays, crowded holidays, and the stories everybody still tells today.
